A Family Affair
Don’t think of this as a wedding...
...think of it as a 3-day family vacation get-together
(where Sara and Cameron will just happen to get married)

It's like a cabin vacation rental with friends, or a family reunion ... except half the family is new and you haven't met them before. Also there's slightly more pressure to come :)
What a great excuse to hang out with family -- to meet and mingle with the new family!

$150 a night, so $450 total (per room).
(for family staying in the big lodge)
Each family gets one room. We'll try to divide it up so it makes the most sense in terms of who has kids, etc.

The Ceremony
Ceremony: Friday or Saturday (tbd based on weather)
Location: Somewhere on the Property
Attire: Semi-Formal // Formally Casual
Wear whatever you like! Cameron will have on a brown suit, Sara and Annie will wear pretty dresses, if that helps. Note: we will likely perform the ceremony on the lawn/grass, so you might want to leave those heels at home.

The ceremony will be informal, fun, and pretty quick -- mostly we want to gather our family around and celebrate our vows. And then have some drinks & snacks, maybe change back into our comfy clothes, and get on with our day of fun, relaxation, and maybe some dancing.
Family Style Meals
Bring drinks, snacks, and some groceries for yourself, your family, and to share. There are several grocery stores within a 15m drive for supplies.
True to the family-get-together vibe of the weekend, meals will be family style.

Dinners will be big, all-together-family sit down meals.
Let's cook for each other (and maybe share some family recipes)!

Sara & Cameron will be grilling BBQ style Thursday Night.
The Dingwall/Luciano Family will handle dinner on Friday night.
The Ford/Hartling Family will handle dinner on Saturday Night.

Nothing special is planned for lunches
(it's vacation, we'll probably eat and snack all day)

Breakfast will be casual, buffet style
We'll make a bunch of yummy breakfast foods and set it out for families to gather
and eat as we all gradually wake up in the morning.

Sara & Cameron will handle breakfast Friday Morning.
The Dingwall/Luciano Family will handle breakfast Saturday Morning.
The Ford/Hartling Family will handle breakfast on Sunday Morning.
